At Guéniat Gold Gallery, every order is prepared with care and dispatched with attention to security, presentation, and reliability. We aim to ensure each piece arrives safely and beautifully.

All orders are shipped with complimentary insurance to the value of your order and with tracking. Your signature on delivery may be required.

Duties & Taxes:

All duties and taxes for Australian bound deliveries are included at no additional cost.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and local charges may apply depending on the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order, as policies vary between jurisdictions.

Order Processing:

For pieces currently in stock, orders are generally dispatched from Brisbane, Australia within 3 working days, following receipt of payment.

For pieces not currently in stock, estimated dispatch time for non custom designs is approximately 6 weeks from receipt of payment.

Customised, bespoke, or made to order pieces may require additional time depending on the design, materials, and production requirements, and will be advised when all information is available.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Within Australia

Estimated delivery time is approximately two to four business days from dispatch, subject to carrier schedules and your location.

International

Estimated delivery time is generally four to ten business days from dispatch, depending on the destination, customs processing, and the selected delivery service.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

Tracking and Signature

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided so you can monitor its progress.

For security reasons, a signature may be required on delivery. We recommend providing a delivery address where someone is available to receive the parcel.

Unfortunately Guéniat Gold Gallery is unable to ship to post office boxes.

Delays

While every effort is made to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, courier disruptions, public holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Where there is a significant delay, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.

Any issue relating to your delivery should be reported within 24 hours of the expected delivery date.
